4 Weekly Reminders
Really felt the feels this week. Haven’t felt this vulnerable in a while. Maybe it’s bc i always load up my plate with more & more things to do, milestones to hit, expectations to meet. This is my reminder to myself and to anyone else who is open to receiving:
+ you don’t have to do everything all by yourself. ask for help when you need it.
+ give yourself some credit because you’re doing great.
+ surround yourself with people who remind you to take breaks, eat well, & smile.
+ don’t forget to breathe.
