Like all things, crystals hold energy, and, depending on the type of crystal, the energy it possesses can alter your mood, health, and/or overall mental state. The level of information on crystals is deep, but here are a list of 5 common crystals you can find at small shops that will help you to heal and flourish.
Citrine
Seeking happiness, or finding a hard time feeling joy in your current life situation? Citrine promotes happiness from within. This crystal is also great for manifestation practices. Hold this crystal in your hands, or on your belly button, and take deep breathes as you visually define what you want, love, and need.
Malachite
Heal your financial stress and fear with Malachite. This green tinted stone holds the energy to transfer financial anxiety into peace and happiness. Keep this stone with you or close to you especially on hectic days, traffic filled drives, and even when you think you may not need it.
