I am always looking for spaces that can take my body and mind to a place where I feel grounded and present. Living in SoCal, peace and calm can sometimes be hard to find due to the constant hustle and bustle of the city and the suburbs. I was thankful that Den Mother opened their doors for me to experience a new form of inner and outer work.

This space may seem like a spa, but it is more of an experience than just a place of service. The exterior is homey and welcoming, with an open layout hydro therapy area, and peaceful, sun lit sitting room.
Although I recorded segments of my visit, it was easy to get lost in the soothing sounds of the breeze and mellow music. While I found my sense of peace sitting in my soft, cotton robe, I couldn’t help but to list the things, people, and experience (such as this) that I am thankful for.
How to Heal
Through ancient and herbal remedies, find the healing experience that is meant for you. Den Mother provides a wide variety of techniques, such as: body massages, acupuncture, body information, and lifestyle consultations.
During my visit, I was able to experience the hydro therapy stations (shower, sauna, & cold plunge), an herbal foot soak with gentle massage, and delicious, locally sourced, herbal tea that was a nice touch while enjoying a sunlit room.
