Pre & post pandemic, I have found my way back to pilates. It’s a great workout that doesn’t need a gym, a partner, or equipment, but you can also add all of the above just as easily. So, ideally, I was so excited to partner with Tasha Franken, a pilates instructor that has curated an app where you can strengthen your body and mind, on our 30 min. IG Live journal and pilates session.
Have five minutes or fifty? Use the T–F Studio App to select a pilates workout based on time, body part, and equipment. There are even Live classes, along with On Demand ones, that you can follow along with on your own time.
If it gets to intense, take a break. If you get too tired, get some water. Muscle aching or burning in places you haven’t felt before? Take a few minutes to write it out in your Journal.
