It feels like a lot has been changing all at once lately, and, like many of us, it can lead to fatigue, anxiety, and an overall overwhelming feeling. When I’ve released all I can through journaling, I turn to body movement with Alo Moves to take my mind off the worries of tomorrow, and focus on the blessings of today.
Alo Moves is an all-in-one fitness app that lets you search fitness activities, genres, courses, and even shop Alo active gear! I didn’t know what to expect when I initially downloaded the app, but I was extremely pleased by the different fitness, yoga, and mindful activities the app has. I can start my day with my favorite pilates workout, and end my day with an at-home meditation session.

While previously using YouTube and other fitness session apps, I can now store, pause, and save my workouts, or the workouts I would like to try. The My Practice feature is a great way to store, and continue activities at my own pace.
I’m my own fitness coach, with the Playlist builder. I can create a playlist that targets certain body parts, are different levels of intensity, and so much more. I can create a fitness journey that I can thrive in.
Within each session, or series, you can chat with other members that are following along too! Build each other up, and support your efforts to better yourself with people that align with you.
