Friday Favorites: APL The Fashionable, Lightweight Running Shoe
Irritation, Stress fractures, and even nerve damage can all be caused by wearing the wrong shoes for your feet, especially during fitness activities. Because we are already putting stress on our bodies during our fitness time, we need to support our bodies in other ways. After trying out the Women’s Streamline and Women’s TechLoom Tracer, I see why these shoes are held in stores like Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Net-A-Porter. These running shoes are extremely light, sleek, and have great ankle support with its form fitting neoprene tongue. I highly suggest to go a half size up due to the unadjustable elastic laces, to give yourself a healthy amount of room and comfort.
