Focusing on your daily habits and routine is a powerful way to make small wins every day. It’s valuable to set big goals for yourself, but the key to reaching them involves climbing a ladder of smaller steps and wins to celebrate along the way!
Think about your daily habits and routine and how you can improve them. It could be drinking more water, committing to a daily yoga practice, cooking a homemade meal, or writing in your journal each morning. These things may seem small, but you should give yourself permission to celebrate them!
2. Allow yourself to celebrate good feelings, not just completed tasks.
It’s easy to get caught up in a work mentality and focus only on task-oriented success. But what if you chose to celebrate your good mood, your kindness, or your loving nature?
Celebrate yourself when you overcome negative thinking or when you choose to love yourself instead of being hard on yourself. Success isn’t only about what you accomplish in the material realm, but also how you feel about yourself…and that is worth celebrating!
3. Practice writing down positive affirmations and celebratory check-ins.
