Introducing Celsius into My Daily Routine
When it comes to adding something new to my routine, specifically drink-related, I do a good amount of research before hopping on the next trend! Things do catch my eye easily, don’t be fooled, but I like to know what I am putting in my body before making any rash decisions. Once I started this wellness journey, I knew that learning how to keep up with my body, mind, and spirit would lead me towards a better future. As an avid fitness enthusiast, finding an energy source that could fit seamlessly into my pre-training regimen was a high priority.
In the past, I usually would either drink iced coffee or pre-workout powder but as of lately, I wanted to introduce something a little more refreshing and natural. Now, Celsius has been a great alternative to what I have used in the past and has recently gained even more traction and popularity; for good reason!
