How To Enjoy Drinking More Water

Hydration is health. Hydration is happiness. It’s no secret that drinking more water has incredible benefits for your health and well-being. The more hydrated you are, the more vibrant, calm, and clear you will feel.

But at times, drinking more water might not seem that interesting, and we may forget to hydrate. Drinking water can be so much more enjoyable if you put a little bit of love and care into it. 

Here are 3 ways you can enjoy drinking more water and experience one of the biggest glow-up of your life.

1. Make a fruit or herbal infusion.

Infusing your water with fruit can level up your water-drinking experience. It’s elegant, flavorful, and seems to quench your thirst like no other. Try fruits like lemon, lime, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, cucumber, orange, watermelon, or pineapple. To take it to a next level, you can include herbs such as mint, rosemary, and basil. 

2. Try it sparkling.

Everyone once in a while, adding a little bit of sparkle to your water can feel incredibly satisfying. Sparkling water is just as hydrating as regular water and can make drinking water very enjoyable. It can also reduce a craving for sugary drinks. Just be sure to drink naturally carbonated mineral water to recieve the healthiest benefits. 

3. Speak positive affirmations into your water.

Did you know that water is proven to respond to your thoughts? The more positive affirmations you speak into the water, the more benefits you will receive. Try affirmations like, “I am healthy” or “May this water infuse health and wellness into every cell of my being.” When you get into the habit of sending positive energy to the water you drink, there is no doubt you will enjoy every sip – and your body will be asking for more.
