How to Manifest Through Journaling
We all have the power to create our reality. Life is like a book that we are the author of, and we get to choose our next chapter. So, what if we want to manifest something different in our lives, something more in alignment with who we truly are? What if we could break through limiting belief systems and manifest our dreams through journaling? Well, we can.
Journaling is a simple yet powerful tool to train our minds to focus on the things we want and release the things we don’t.
Try these 3 journaling exercises to manifest your dream life:
1. Write it down as if it’s already yours
Imagine what it feels like to have everything that you desire. Tap into that feeling. Everything that happens in our life is based on our beliefs. So, if we can convince our minds that what we want is within reach, then we will begin to attract that reality. Tune into your heart and invoke those feelings of worthiness. Write in your Soulwork Journal about how amazing it feels to be accomplished and successful. You can always go back and reread what you wrote.
2. Make a gratitude list
If we appreciate the things we already have in our lives, we naturally attract more to be grateful for! Gratitude can profoundly shift our mindset. Make it a daily practice to write down everything you are grateful for. Feel the gratitude in your heart. Watch how this transforms your reality. Feeling stuck? Get inspired by the inspirational quotes you’ll find throughout your Soulwork Journal.
3. Clear your mind through free-form writing
Sometimes to access our manifesting abilities, we first need to clear the clutter in our minds. Allow yourself to do a brain dump. Simply, write down anything that is taking up space in your mind – without judgment. Don’t attach to the ideas that come through, simply use your Soulwork Journal as a tool to cleanse your thoughts. Give yourself a safe space to release what no longer serves you. How do you feel now?
