It’s a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. So this month’s challenge is to master the mind and body connection within yourself. Practice establishing balance in your eating, in your mind, in all areas of wellness and life that enhance your well-being. Set a gentle alarm to go off a few times a day. When you hear it, check in with your body. Ask yourself “what am I feeling and where am I feeling it?,” “am I getting enough sleep?,” and “am i fueling my body with nourishing foods?” Meet sensations with compassion and then give yourself what you need or ask for support. Remember you don’t have to be extreme, just consistent. The Universe sends you exactly what you are ready for at the exact time you need it in your life. And the goal is to be wholly ready to receive all the abundance that is on its way.
