3. Write down 3 things you are grateful for.

4. Get some sunshine and fresh air.

5. Keep your phone on Airplane Mode.
Have you ever been bombarded with notifications first thing in the morning, instantly catalyzing a stress response? 7. Remind people you love them.

8. Buy yourself flowers.

9. Take a weekly self-care day.
We respect the hustle. But don’t forget to give yourself that self-care that you know you need! Take at least 1 day per week and allow yourself to fully tune out. Have the day off. 10. Take a break from the screen.
We all spend too much time on our screens. You’ll be amazed what a major difference it makes to shut down your devices 2-3 hours before bed, or at any point throughout the day that you need a break.
