One of my favorites elemental stones is obsidian. When you have this stone by you it can help guard yourself against any physical or emotional negativity.
Feel the energy between your palms by rubbing them together then letting your palms meet while feeling the heat that comes off from them it. When you pull them apart you have to imagine that you are filling the space with what you need to live more consciously.
